Der kam so gut an, dass ich gebeten wurde, dieses Jahr in Gro\u00dfproduktion zu gehen und sie am ersten Advent auf einem kleinen Weihnachtsmarkt zu verkaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Zutaten: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 Kg \u00c4pfel (Braeburn)<\/li><li>300 g brauner Zucker<\/li><li>3 Zimtstangen<\/li><li>2\/3 Anis <\/li><li>1 Zuckerstange <\/li><li>2 Flaschen Wodka <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Die \u00c4pfel entkernen, in Spalten schneiden, mit Zucker bestreuen und bei 180 Grad im Backofen garen bis sie fast zerfallen. <\/li><li>Die \u00c4pfel in ein dunkles Gef\u00e4\u00df geben und mit dem braunen Zucker, Anis, Zimt, Vanillemark vermengen. Mit Wodka auff\u00fcllen. <\/li><li>F\u00fcr ca. 5-8 Wochen an einem dunklen, k\u00fchlen Ort ziehen lassen. <\/li><li>Falls sich der Zuckern nicht ganz gel\u00f6st hat, einfach kurz erw\u00e4rmen (nicht kochen!), durch ein Sieb oder Stofftuch kl\u00e4ren und in Flaschen abf\u00fcllen. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img src=\"https:\/\/jezabelbotanica.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/12\/img_0533.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1768\" class=\"wp-image-1768\"\/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img src=\"https:\/\/jezabelbotanica.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/12\/img_0536.jpg?w=760\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1769\" class=\"wp-image-1769\"\/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img src=\"https:\/\/jezabelbotanica.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/12\/img_0537.jpg?w=760\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1770\" class=\"wp-image-1770\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Letztes Jahr habe ich als Weihnachtsgeschenk f\u00fcr meine Familie einen Bratapfellik\u00f6r gemacht.
